Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality tests on standard and development products in compliance with regulations and operating procedures, respecting required timeframes.
  • Document analysis results with instrument reports where possible.
  • Use test methods with adequate knowledge.
  • Perform and complete complex, varied, and atypical tasks.
  • Apply knowledge of methods and equipment to solve test problems.
  • Support production, PS, and other functions regarding test methods and procedures; mentor less experienced team members.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and support new procedure development.
  • Use LIMS (Sample Manager) for sample processing and data entry.
  • Perform instrument checks and document them; ensure proper repair of instruments and equipment.
  • Apply safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain and clean machinery and work equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in chemical sciences, industrial chemistry, or chemistry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills in complex chemical analyses.
  • Manual dexterity and precision.
  • Independent work capability.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP, LIMS (SM, CHIP), Office suite.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics and physical, thermal, and self-extinguishing analyses.
  • Experience in chemical quality control and use of solvents.
