Job Description:

We are seeking a Reporting & Controlling Supervisor responsible for controlling and reporting activities, acting as a strategic partner between the finance function and the market/business.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage operational control plans including costs, budgets, and investments with necessary controls.
2. Ensure timely monthly closures, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
3. Assess and improve the closing process for efficiency and quality.
4. Analyze P&L by customer, product, and other categories, focusing on volume, price, and mix.
5. Provide timely reports based on group instructions.
6. Develop and maintain process documentation for clarity and consistency.
7. Proactively suggest improvements and insights to control and sales teams.
8. Support marketing and sales with market, customer, and competitor analysis.
9. Contribute to ERP or system implementation projects.
10. Assist auditors during audits.
11. Prepare financial reports and statements.

Requirements and Skills:

• Native Italian speaker.
• Experience in controlling roles.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• Strong skills in SAP and Excel; proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or relevant standards.
• Understanding of business economics and financial principles.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow analyses.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing and digital archiving legal requirements.
