Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Vicenza, Italy

Company Overview: A company operating in the Tech sector, specializing in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete payroll management for a client portfolio: processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Direct assistance to assigned companies;
3. Collaboration with the product team for continuous improvement of HR software;
4. At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in autonomous client management;
6. Good knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) for Commerce and Metalworking;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;

Compensation and Benefits: RAL in the range of €24,000 to €27,000, to be evaluated based on previous experience; daily meal vouchers worth €8; fully remote work with no territorial limits; maximum organizational flexibility and goal orientation; opportunity for tangible growth within an expanding environment.
