Principal Resourcing Coordinator at Adaptive Business Group

We are seeking a Customer Success Consultant for our client, the world’s leading AI localization software company.

This is a fully remote role, requiring candidates to be based in Italy, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, or Spain. Applications from outside these locations will not be considered.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. Your main goals are to ensure customer satisfaction, promote product adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to the success of the customer base. Building long-term relationships, driving customer retention, and identifying growth opportunities are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand their business goals and challenges to align offerings accordingly.
  2. Account Management: Manage assigned accounts, monitor usage, and identify growth opportunities.
  3. Customer Advocacy: Promote customer advocacy through testimonials, case studies, and referrals. Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback for product and service improvements. Address and resolve customer issues proactively. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
  4. Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and stay informed about updates and industry trends.
  5. Renewal Management: Monitor account renewals, aim for high renewal rates, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Use data analytics to identify trends, measure customer health, and predict issues. Continuously learn about XTM group products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the Translation and Localization industry.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales metrics, and CS tools.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely.
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive “can do” attitude.

Compensation

  • Base salary up to €35,000 plus commissions.
