A PR & Marketing Executive plays an important role in supporting the Line Manager in achieving key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and related activities. The marketing and PR team is crucial in integrating all functional areas to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing individual projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and performing daily administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the outcomes of the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to enhance brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and address hotel business needs. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and assisting with the delivery of marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting as directed by the Line Manager.
- Supporting the development and implementation of promotional activities, collateral, in-house merchandising, and maintaining the media library.
- Promoting hotel marketing activities to the media, including food and beverage, rooms, and event promotions.
- Supporting internal communication efforts such as regional updates, press releases, newsletters, and speeches for executives.
- Promoting and supporting marketing and PR activities like events, sponsorships, campaigns, exhibitions, and inspections.
- Managing media relations, including social media tracking, press kit updates, news archive management, and coordinating interviews.
- Organizing media familiarization trips and managing hotel media visits.
- Assisting with on-site photoshoots and filming, ensuring administrative approvals are obtained.
- Monitoring social media activities and supporting departmental initiatives.
- Ensuring brand standards are maintained across all collateral and content.
- Supporting loyalty marketing activities and campaigns.
- Implementing and optimizing online content, including translation and photography.
- Responding to customer posts and managing reputation issues.
Managing Execution
- Supporting content management across channels like websites, OTAs, and social media.
- Developing regular reports on marketing activities and results.
- Maintaining and growing hotel databases for targeted campaigns.
- Staying informed about local news affecting the hotel and reporting relevant information.
- Assisting with reports on marketing initiatives and reviewing third-party website content.
- Conducting competitive analysis and ensuring proper archiving of marketing materials.
- Supporting crisis communication and achieving performance goals.
Developing Talent

Building Relationships
- Establishing effective communication with hotel disciplines and external partners.
