Customer Care Assistant - Assago

The selected candidate will join the Customer Care Office to coordinate home-based technicians and warehouse activities related to oxygen supply for patients in healthcare facilities or at home. The role involves ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, complying with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

1. Plan deliveries of liquid and gaseous oxygen based on orders received from Local Health Authorities (ASL) and pharmacies, verifying patient therapies and quantities for ASL orders.
2. Enter orders into the system to generate delivery notes.
3. Ensure correct geographical planning of deliveries.
4. Handle emergency delivery requests.
5. Manage patient vacations through the company system.
6. Monthly verification of delivery documentation and billing processes.
