Job Title: Project Manager (IT/OT)

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to assist us in our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-departmental and cross-regional Information Technology and Operational Technology projects, providing regular updates on project progress to ensure objectives are met.

The selected ITPM will be part of the IT/OT function at Unigrà, responsible for planning, communication, monitoring, and controlling projects until completion, ensuring a proper handover.

Reporting to the HPMO, the candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and suppliers, acting as their primary contact to ensure business functions are satisfied with the agreed service levels. They will verify and control resource allocation and management, oversee the project team and external suppliers, monitor task progress, and ensure efficient achievement of project goals while maintaining a positive working environment. They will also provide regular project status updates to the CIO and HPMO, highlighting risks or issues as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Plan projects: collaborate with suppliers if necessary, develop project plans, set milestones, phase gates, and deliverables;
2. Ensure project organization aligns with internal standards;
3. Maintain high-quality project documentation;
4. Monitor and control project progress;
5. Verify the status of phases/tasks with both external suppliers and internal teams;
6. Supervise the definition of functional specifications and quality requirements;
7. Communicate and keep stakeholders informed; serve as the main interface for core stakeholders;
8. Manage and involve the internal team;
9. Provide periodic project updates to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree/Master in technical/scientific disciplines or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience as an ITPM;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Attention to detail, error-free delivery, logical reasoning;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Cloud;
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Asana, Project software;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
