YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

•Maintain, develop and improve the Safety, Environment and Energy Management System (EEnMS) in line with ISO45001:2018 - ISO14001:2015 and ISO50001:2018 ensuring the procedures, policies and requirements of the system is spread effectively across the business and continuous improvement is maintained.
•Support the development and delivery of the ISO annual internal safety, environmental and energy audit plan involving and coordinating local safety, environmental and energy referents in a multisite cross-audit system and ensure that potential non-conformances and safety/environmental/energy incidents are formally reported and investigated, where required, and corrective actions are implemented and closed out.
•Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards, providing training and support to staff on ISO management systems.
•Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
•Manage the relationship with external auditors and certification bodies in order to ensure planned activities are performed in accordance with the provisions set out in Pirelli aimed at checking the ISO procedures and documents meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations in compliance with the Group governance.
•Prepare and present reports on the performance of the management systems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Certification in ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in ISO management systems.
•Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.
•Knowledge of Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001.
