Job Description:

Alectris is an international service provider for renewable assets focusing mainly in the European market. With offices in Thessaloniki, Athens, Milan and South Italy, we manage activities across Europe and beyond. Our main focus is operations and maintenance of renewable assets, complemented by engineering services and EPC for photovoltaic plants. We also develop proprietary software, including the ACTIS solar ERP for renewable assets.

Position Overview:

This full-time position seeks a talented Project Manager to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including revamping, repowering, and EPC of photovoltaic power plants. The role involves support from our Milan (Italy) office to staff at all organizational levels in a dynamic, growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and control project scope, program, budget, team organization for PV/solar projects.
• Lead and coordinate project execution workstreams: construction, technical management, procurement, project controls, HSE.
• Provide status reports on project planning, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with pragmatic problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with operational documentation and legal standards.
• Manage communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field; knowledge of Italian electrical standards is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.
• Proficiency in CAD; knowledge of PVSyst is advantageous.
• Understanding of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with limited guidance.
• Proactive, flexible, and interested in innovative solutions.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
