The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Human Resources Management and at least 3 years of HR experience. Job Description

Role Summary

The HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager Italy LS&E, administers processes and tasks across multiple areas of HR with local responsibility, and organizes the employee lifecycle in the organization according to the activity split. They are the first HR contact person for employees in their locations.

Main Tasks
  1. Administer processes/tasks defined with local responsibility (according to activity split)
  2. Utilize deep knowledge and specialized skills in HR areas: recruiting & selection, onboarding, people development, work contracts, Italian labour legislation, personnel administration & payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management
  3. Process HRIS data (SuccessFactors, Altamira, and other HR IT tools)
  4. Support relationships with local HR Operations vendors (work agencies and headhunters) and with local universities and schools
  5. Assist local managers in daily people management for white and blue-collar employees in an industrial environment
Your Profile
  • Broad knowledge across HR disciplines: recruiting & selection, onboarding, people development, work contracts, payroll, personnel administration & benefits, performance management
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • IT skills (MS Office – Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Fano - PU and Cerreto d'Esi - AN, Italy
