DATA INSIGHTS and ANALYTICS ANALYST

Purpose of the Job:

1. Support data analysis and insights, aligning inputs with the Segmented Execution use case (products OOS, overstock, key challenges/opportunities).
2. Assist Data Analytics & AI Manager and colleagues in delivering updates and organizing communications to end users, mainly sales & TM teams.
3. Create reports, data visualizations, and dashboards (PowerBI-based reports).
4. Support data inventory and management processes, including coordinating and archiving data mapping activities.
5. Develop knowledge of data sources and act as SME within the organization (both corporate and local).

Skills & Knowledge:

1. Management of data sources.
2. Strong analytical skills for generating actionable recommendations.
3. Customer-centric approach aligned with company priorities.
4. Ability to communicate data effectively.
5. Relationship-building skills for effective cross-functional partnerships.
6. Proficiency in IT and advanced analytics tools (PowerBI or equivalent).
7. Analytical mindset.
8. Experience in analytics-related departments.
9. Proficiency in Excel Power functions: Map/View/Pivot/Query.
10. Deep knowledge of MS Office tools.

Experience Required:

1. University degree, ideally in business or economics.
