Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager

Openjobmetis SpA – Divisione Permanent Placement, on behalf of a renowned hotel chain, is seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the maintenance department with direct responsibility over an operational team.
2. Supervise and maintain technological systems (electrical, hydraulic, thermal, air conditioning, fire safety, and security systems).
3. Plan preventive, routine, and extraordinary maintenance interventions, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
4. Monitor performance and intervention timelines, providing regular updates to management.
5. Manage relationships with suppliers and external contractors, including requesting quotes and verifying completed activities.
6. Ensure compliance with current safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts.
2. Strong technical skills in electrical, hydraulic, and plant engineering.
3. Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership qualities.
4. Operational knowledge of safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81 / 2008).
5. Good command of the English language.
6. Availability to work in shifts and be on-call.
