The successful candidate achieves targets assigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly with internal peer functions as well as deals directly with selected customers according to the commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Support market strategy deployment by providing commercial insights for assigned accounts to enhance business growth and process harmonization.
  2. Be accountable for the performance of the assigned portfolio and for developing customer prospects in the relevant area.
  3. Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existing accounts, ensuring long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers across the customer's organization.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Division and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Group to foster the company's business model and deliver added-value solutions.
  5. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer service requests and queries.
  6. Monitor market trends to identify and seize commercial opportunities for the group.
  7. Manage the function's budget in line with business objectives and guidelines.
  8. Create effective relationships with current and potential customers to foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholders involved.

Technical Competences:

  1. Market and industry understanding, with in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments.
  2. Understanding of customer products and processes.
  3. Knowledge of company products and production processes, features, and techniques.
  4. Key account planning and project management skills.
  5. Customer service and CRM management.
  6. Analysis and reporting methodologies, techniques, tools, and applications.
