Descrizione del lavoro

As Sales Director, you will report to the Cluster Leader. You will be responsible for the commercial development of all of our product universes and leading the different Sales profiles within the Italian office as part of the SC Europe Sales Force. This includes the business developers (new business / hunting) as well as the account managers and executives (existing accounts / farming).

MISSIONS

  1. Ensure the performance linked to the commercial activity
  2. Develop and manage the acquisition strategy of new customers within the cluster, with our marketing and programs teams
  3. Analyze, evaluate, and manage the development of the client portfolio
  4. Analyze and evaluate the evolution of the client relationship of the portfolio over the long term based on CRM data
  5. Contribute to the analysis of competitive practices and the market
  6. Contribute to information monitoring on all the clients entrusted (news, priorities, strategy, etc.)
  7. Ensure the lead of good practices within its team
  8. Coordinate activities with other key teams (Partners, Start-up, Pre-Sales, TAM, Marketing, Comms, etc.)

Ensure the ROI of commercial actions and the optimization of commercial budgets

  1. Optimize revenue and validate financial projections based on identified business potential
  2. Report to Management on activity and means implemented to achieve revenue targets

Lead a team

  1. Lead a team with various profiles
  2. Recruit the best talents, manage rapid onboarding and team integration
  3. Define and monitor individual objectives / KPI’s and performance
  4. Identify training needs and facilitate team development
  5. Facilitate communication and coordination within the team

Large account Management

  1. Farm the Tech account base
  2. Hunt for new Tech accounts & partners
  3. Manage RFPs

Public Representation

  1. Serve as the local spokesperson of OVHCloud
  2. Participate in media interviews (once trained) within the Tech sector
  3. Participate in events / forums focused on the Tech sector

PROFILE

  • A minimum of 10 years' sales experience selling complex IT solutions, Channel / Enterprise; ideally within Cloud / Storage / Managed Services
  • Recognized experience in leading a team of different sales profiles
  • Ability to define and build operational reports and recommend actions to improve growth
  • Proven Enterprise and Channel sales skills with recognized sales models/frameworks
  • Strong ability to generate and close net new logo Enterprise business
  • Great sense of service and positive impact on contacts
  • Independent, able to work in fast-paced, international environments
