About the role :

We are currently seeking a Pricing & Insight Strategist.

Business Priorities :
  1. Successfully achieve pricing EBITDA targets
  2. Monitor pricing performance with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Procurement teams, and recommend timely actions
  3. Build a consolidated view of the company's positioning
  4. Institutionalize new tools, processes, and methodologies
Professional Experience :
  • Quantitative academic background (e.g., Economics, Engineering, STEM, etc.)
  • Relevant experience as a pricing specialist, business analyst, or consultant
Skills & Capabilities :
  • Understanding of P&L profitability practices and B2B pricing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and industry-standard BI tools
  • Experience analyzing large transactional datasets across different ERP systems to identify pricing opportunities
  • Strong business acumen, connecting quantitative data with qualitative commercial and financial insights
  • Attention to detail, independence, and a drive for high-quality output
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Ownership, accountability, and self-starting attitude to drive impact within the organization
  • Strong communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder management capabilities
Responsibilities :
  • Review and analyze pricing performance for each plant
  • Develop data-driven pricing solutions, monitor market and competitor trends, and raw material price increases
  • Foster a common language and pricing methods within the Group
  • Design and deploy pricing overview dashboards and update processes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Procurement teams to synthesize pricing updates
  • Develop executive-level financial reports and presentations
Location :

Castelfidardo-Ancona (Italy) for 1-2 years, with potential relocation to San Diego (California, US)

Languages :

English (must-have); Italian (must-have)
