ELECTRONICS SOFTWARE R&D ENGINEER

As Electronics Software R&D Engineer , you will be in charge of the design of electronic systems applied to thermal comfort products.
You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Architecture Design: study of the best architectural solution to realize modular complex logics within various Heating system components. Shared services organization, communication efficiency, control strategies
• Software Requirements Engineering, sharing concepts and solutions with the team and actively working on the documentation preparation and maintenance, using Requirements Engineering Tools
• Embedded Software design:proper use of the Ariston environment tools, frameworks and technical solutions. Software Development (ANSI C, Matlab, Python) at Application and Platform levels.
• SW Toolchains usage and ALM (Application Life Cycle) process management following the company guidelines (Git, Svn, Release management, Ticketing, CI/CD)
• Continuous cooperation with the team members to perform critical analysis on technical issues, new products’ requirements, design for testing solutions and improvements on products’ performances

Candidate profile:

• Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Automation
• Previous experience (2/3 years) in the role is preferred
• Expertise in Embedded software design, SW Architecture design and Automatic Controls
• Knowledge of C programming language
• Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
• Problem solving and team working
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Matlab, Simulink and other parametric simulation tools is a plus)

Work location : Arcevia (AN) or Cambiago (MI), with 2 days of smart working/week
