Job Description

Co-responsible for the strategic and operational development to achieve the company's goals in Italy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing a potential customer base (prospects) / your own market, from initial contact (cold calling) to closing deals. Future opportunities may include further development to team lead, managing other employees in the workshop chains area. You will be part of a motivated team eager to drive the success story forward.

Your Profile
  • Sales is your passion: You are a sales hunter in B2B / SaaS / Automotive sales and enjoy inspiring others.
  • Experience in the automotive environment is a plus but not mandatory.
  • You value partnership-based and sustainable sales at eye level.
  • Ideally, you have successfully built and scaled digital B2B businesses and acquired customers in the SaaS / automotive sector.
  • You are flexible, quick to adapt, and highly independent.
  • You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy working in a team, like to laugh, and want to contribute to a dynamic work culture.
