Starting Pay and Shift Details

Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour. Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am. Shift: 2.

Candidate Requirements

We prioritize safe, clean, and healthy workspaces and seek individuals who share this commitment.

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs., and perform bending, carrying, pushing, pulling activities
• Stand and walk on concrete for long periods; work in cold and/or hot temperatures
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills
• Obtain production specifications and relay information across all employee levels
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as production schedules require
• Successful candidates will complete a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup
• Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operation for safety and quality
• Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP)
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, including bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves, and safety shoes or boots
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company values and policies
