We are looking for a Night Manager (Board and Lodging) for a luxury establishment in Perugia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all night-time operations of the Front Office;
• Manage all night-time Back Office activities related to Reception: daily cash closing and payment data submission, report compilation for the administrative department;
• Handle customer requests and needs;
• Coordinate with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Night Manager;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week.

Contract Offer:

• Direct contract with the company until January 2026;
• Reference CCNL: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi;
• Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience. Board and lodging provided.
