Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to support the Manager in implementing Event & PR activities for Milano Fashion & Milano Design School.

In this role the Event & PR Supervisor is in charge of supporting the development of on-site activities, organizing promotional and institutional events, implementing Istituto Marangoni PR strategy and increasing brand visibility under the supervision of the Manager.

Key Purpose of the Job

The Event & PR Supervisor support the Manager in organising events, locations and maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers.

He / She also has:

• To plan and organize internal and external School events in all its phases;
• To support the Manager in designing events in all its element – He / She has to be a support in choosing the right locations, logistics and coordinating catering and fittings and in producing materials, invites for the event;
• To plan and implement an effective communication strategy regarding the Event and creating reports;
• To support the Manager in realizing event’s concepts;
• To manage and update contacts database;
• To supervise and monitor the success of events;
• To be in touch with the procurement office;
• To coordinate external relations networks
• To monitor and analyze PR results, also in terms of investment
• To leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within off & online media
• To work in synergy with Social Media team

Requirements:

• 3/5 years of events and/or PR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, strongly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
