We are looking for a Business Analyst IT HR for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources processes and a keen interest in HR technology.

Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms is preferred.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. HR Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  2. Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
  3. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  4. System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions, focusing on SuccessFactors or related platforms. Configure and customize systems to meet HR needs.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure successful deployment of HR technology solutions.
  6. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users on new system features and functionalities. Address user inquiries and issues promptly.
  7. Change Management: Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end-users.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience in highly complex companies and/or in the cruise industry is an asset.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Learning and Development platforms is an asset.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on HR processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
