Summary

Join our customer service team and support our mission!

What you'll be doing
  1. Serve as the primary contact, by phone, email, or fax, for external and internal customer inquiries, coordinating with other internal functions such as Finance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Warehouse, Bid Office, and Pharmacovigilance.
  2. Ensure and provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems.
  3. Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service team. The team's objectives and KPIs are developed to ensure and increase accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the service provided to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or university degree.
  2. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  3. Familiar and comfortable with using MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage conflicts and problems.
  6. Analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work in a team.
  8. Proficiency in English.
