Una società di consulenza tecnologica cerca un Analista Tecnico freelance per un progetto di 12 mesi in modalità full remote. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, preferibilmente in un contesto Agile, e dovrà possedere solide competenze in Java e architettura microservizi. Questa posizione offre un compenso giornaliero tra 250 e 280 euro, senza assunzione diretta.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo software, preferibilmente in metodologia Agile.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'architettura IT esistente e dei flussi tecnici.
• Mentalità da team player con attitudine a risolvere problemi.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during the development phase.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Story), examining costs, benefits, and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions logically and systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Technology landscape (application level) of the relevant domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Agile paradigm.
• Scrum.
• Retail banking business.
