Job Description

Position Overview: Our Front Office Agents will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, greeting them politely and professionally, and managing all Front Office operations to deliver outstanding guest services.

Main activities

  • Managing all Front Office operations such as guest registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory, and availability, coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping according to SOPs,
  • Greeting VIPs and guests, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, and resolving concerns,
  • Managing emails and administrative tasks,
  • Reporting complaints immediately to the Front Office Manager or Head of Concierge,
  • Using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and revenue,
  • Maintaining high knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, policies, and local area,
  • Completing audit procedures,
  • Responding calmly and efficiently to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or disturbances,
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel standards and health & safety procedures,
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
