Your opportunity

You will be part of the Customs Operations Department within the Supply Chain and Logistics Business Unit, managing procedures for importing and exporting goods. Responsibilities include issuing Customs Bills, verifying documentation, and archiving Customs Operations documents. This role involves managing Customs for our luxury brands.

How you will contribute

• Ensure accuracy of Customs-related invoice elements before bill issuance
• Issue Customs bills using Gulliver software
• Transmit Customs bills to Agenzia delle Dogane
• Monitor proof of EU exit and EU Transit guarantees
• Upload ‘Fascicolo elettronico’ for Customs control
• Update Gulliver software with HS codes, master data, and exchange rates
• Perform import formalities for external brokers
• Verify outsourced Customs bills
• Archive Customs bills and related documents

Who you are

• A university graduate in Economics, Political Science, Law, or equivalent
• Certification as a Spedizioniere Doganale is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledgeable about EU and Italian Customs regulations
• Informed about international trade agreements, CITES, Incoterms, Tariff Classification, and customs procedures
• Experienced with EX and T2 issuance and Agenzia delle Dogane Telematic System
• Experienced in international logistics flows
• A proactive team player and problem solver
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Experience in cross-border transportation is preferred
• Knowledge of Gulliver software is a plus
