The Team: Celonis Services is a strategic organization focusing on the technical aspects of customer journeys and delivering tangible business value. The Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will lead agile project teams to accelerate digital transformation and support Celonis' international growth. You will identify strategic priorities, develop data-driven process insights using SQL, and create complex data models to maximize customer value. You will gain expertise in various processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and more, leveraging features like Process Analytics, Automation, AI, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead implementation processes, ensuring high-quality service and optimal solutions using Celonis technology.
2. Transform customer data with SQL to develop data models for process analysis.
3. Design analyses and operational apps, integrating AI and Machine Learning for transparency and automation.
4. Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and root causes, proposing solutions.
5. Quantify business potential and present KPIs and improvement areas to management.
6. Translate business needs into technical specifications.
7. Conduct workshops to develop business cases and improvement measures.
8. Establish foundations for long-term customer success.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement.
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab), with an interest in Big Data and Process Mining.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English.
• Dedicated, visionary, with a desire to advance Celonis' Process Mining technology.
• Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, quick learner.
• Business acumen is a plus, supporting client needs and strategic recommendations.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
