Job Description:

The Customer Care Specialist, located in our HQ office in Solomeo, is part of the Global CRM team and will act as a Brand Ambassador towards customers contacting the Brand from all countries and channels (e-commerce, boutiques, multibrand doors).

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, she/he will collaborate closely with the Retail, Multibrand, Digital teams, Repairs, E-commerce warehouse, Legal, DPO departments, and local CRM and customer care colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote CRM culture within the company.
  2. Establish human connections during customer interactions to foster brand loyalty.
  3. Serve as a personal stylist, manage clienteling activities both digitally and physically, and enhance the customer experience.
  4. Handle customer service requests, prioritize, and ensure resolution with high service standards.
  5. Manage returns, repairs, and alterations, tracking and facilitating operations.
  6. Support E-commerce OMS, operations, and Omnichannel activities, including shipment monitoring and follow-up.
  7. Assist with special projects like training, customer delight initiatives, and gifting.
Requirements:
  • Native Arabic and French (spoken and written); fluency in Italian and English required
  • Experience in Customer Care, Retail, or CRM roles, preferably in luxury.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for building authentic relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathetic and gentle communication style.
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and passion for fashion, styling, storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and in an international team.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; proficiency in Excel required.
