A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking a Store Design Associate Project Manager in Milan. The role involves developing and managing store design projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Milan The Store Design Associate Project Manager will be responsible for developing store design projects. She / He will work closely with Retail, Operations, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure adherence to and implementation of evolving company guidelines. The Store Design Associate Project Manager will support Regional construction teams to ensure the successful execution of store design projects during the construction phase.

  1. Responsibilities
  2. Develop and review preliminary design sets
  3. Develop and review final design sets
  4. Manage the submission of full design sets to Regional construction teams
  5. Review millworker construction sets developed by Regional construction teams
  6. Review architectural construction sets developed by Regional construction teams
  7. Monitor store construction phase through analysis of site construction reports
  8. Monitor store construction phase through site visits as needed
  9. Manage material samples scouting and storage
  10. Manage evolution of construction manuals
  1. Profile
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or in Architectural/Design offices
  3. Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  4. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp; 3DS Max is a plus
  5. Good hand drawing skills
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills in Italian and English
  8. Proactive, flexible, with a sense of urgency
  9. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  10. Decision-making skills and ability to prioritize
  11. Commitment to continuous improvement
