The Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage a part of the Kampaay customer portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for our clients. Your main objectives are to manage their business needs and act as their consultant for event requests supported by our Operations team. Leveraging your deep knowledge of the event industry, you will be the best consultant for our customers, helping them plan their yearly event calendar, and ensuring quality and effectiveness using our platform.

Location

This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we encourage frequent visits to our office.

What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Key Account Manager
  1. Manage your own customer portfolio to expand Kampaay’s customer spending.
  2. Lead platform onboarding (up to 100+ users per company) and initial customer engagement to build long-term relationships.
  3. Manage and implement activities in the customer contract to strengthen partnerships and serve as the key point for all event-related matters (following a “One partner” approach).
  4. Expand managed accounts to increase their annual spend.
  5. Oversee client wallet reporting and forecasting to monitor trends and predict future performance.
  6. Manage customer contract renewals.
  7. Gather feedback on our services and platform for continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with our Client Key Operations team on event delivery, expansion strategies, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Account/Event Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in the event industry or agency.
  • Strong experience managing Key Accounts at a commercial level, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting clients.
  • Talent for client care and understanding event complexities, supplier needs, and budgeting to serve as a consultant.
  • Passion for digital innovation and eagerness to leverage it in the event industry.
  • Proficient with digital solutions and continuous learning about innovations.
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2+).
