As our Office Management Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our team thrives. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining a functional and pleasant workspace, supporting daily operations, and contributing to our corporate wellness initiatives.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Keep Our Office in Top Shape: Ensure the office is well-maintained and all regular maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Be the First Point of Contact: Manage the reception area, greet visitors with a smile, and handle the switchboard.
  • Support Our Team: Assist with travel bookings, event organization, and provide essential support to the finance team with digital archiving.
  • Enhance Workplace Wellness: Collaborate with the Office Manager to organize internal events that promote well-being.
  • Problem-Solve Thoroughly: Address office issues and gather feedback from colleagues to continuously improve our workspace.
