Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Location: Treviso, Italy

Company: An innovative Tech company specializing in automating personnel management processes is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage complete payroll processes for a portfolio of clients: processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Provide direct support to assigned companies;
3. Collaborate with the product team to continuously improve HR software;
4. Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in independently managing client accounts;
6. Good knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) for Commerce and Metalworking industries;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;

Additional Information:

• Salary range: €24,000 - €27,000, to be evaluated based on experience;
