Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Be an effective leader within the team, motivating and building a team of highly capable retail professionals across all aspects of their roles.
  • Coordinate Field Account Management and Promotor activities at the national level in key retail stores.
  • Collaborate with the Retail team and Training Manager to promote a consumer-oriented retail approach.
  • Develop guidelines for placing Point-of-Sale materials inside stores in agreement with the Retail Team.
  • Ensure the implementation of targets for Xiaomi display structures in main retailers' stores.
  • Develop strategies with Field Account Management and Promotor teams to achieve optimal in-store execution.
  • Drive sell-out performance through effective sales activities within stores.
  • Identify areas with poor sales performance, report issues, and propose solutions to the Retail Director.
  • Prepare for and participate in regular Field Force meetings, presenting team results and key information.
  • Communicate the broader business strategy to the team effectively.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Strong background in consumer electronics, especially smartphones or related categories.
  • Knowledge of visibility guidelines for main channels like Operator stores and Key-Retailers.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage a Retail Operations team, with strong retail knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities; solutions-oriented team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident, assertive communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills; creative problem solver.
