GreenYellow is expanding its operations throughout Europe. You will play a key role in maintaining high operability and profitability of assets in Italy.

In coordination with the Head of Operations, the CoDev team, and the Country Manager, you will contribute to the realization of EE projects in Italy. You will be responsible for implementing, checking, coordinating, and delegating all technical points related to operational assets.

Your role and responsibilities :

• Develop energy audits for various site types (retail outlets, logistics warehouses, food processing industries, etc.).
• Establish the energy profile of audited sites and identify main potential measures for energy savings.
• Propose actions to be implemented and design projects (basic engineering, budgets, ROI, etc.).
• Consult and qualify service providers, negotiate commercial offers, place orders, and manage contracts.
• Monitor work progress, liaise with management and technical departments at each site, ensure delivery of installations with expected performance, and assess and implement improvements.
• Contribute to creating procedures and work methodologies in coordination with team members.
• Participate in meetings with customers and service providers.

Your profile :

• Technical engineer or higher qualification.
• 3 to 6 years of experience managing projects in industrial services companies (engineering firms, energy auditing companies, Energy Service Companies, installation firms, equipment manufacturers, etc.).
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures applicable to various energy vectors, especially in commercial & industrial refrigeration.
• Highly valued : existing references or databases of projects / clients that could generate new business opportunities.
• Highly valued : network of equipment providers, engineering firms, and installers.
• Highly valued : a mixed profile with experience in both engineering and construction areas.
