We're hiring instructors for 7 cutting-edge courses at the intersection of AI, sustainability, business innovation, and digital strategy!

At ImpactGen School by Hubbers, we’re shaping the next generation of professionals committed to sustainability and innovation.

We are looking for dynamic instructors to lead online courses in the following areas:

• Sustainable AI-Driven Market Survey
• Business Model Canvas for Sustainability
• Sustainable Content Creation with AI
• Sustainable Development Management
• Sustainable Event Marketing with AI
• Sustainable Growth Hacking for Impactful Business Growth

As an instructor, you will:

• Guide students through the most relevant tools and strategies in your field.
• Help learners align innovation with social and environmental responsibility.
• Empower a global cohort of future-focused professionals through interactive, practice-based teaching.
• Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to impactful education experiences.

We’re looking for professionals who are:

• Experts in their domain (marketing, management, content, AI, business models, etc.).
• Passionate about sustainability and ethical innovation.
• Great communicators and facilitators with online teaching experience (or eager to learn!).
• Ready to join a global movement to make education more responsible, relevant, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive, practice-based curriculum tailored to your expertise.
• Conduct engaging online sessions—live workshops, seminars, and hands-on projects.
• Continuously refine your curriculum to stay aligned with the latest trends in sustainability and ethical innovation.
• Share industry insights, case studies, and facilitate networking opportunities for students.
• Inspire and equip the next generation of innovators, project managers, marketers, and content creators.

Compensation

Compensation is linked to the impactful delivery of classes, with a focus on the number of classes taught and repeat enrollments.

You’ll be playing a key role in developing cutting-edge courses that combine sustainability with modern project management strategies.
