Educational Content & Marketing Manager - Italy

Location:

Italy - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in Italy & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)

Pay Rate:

16-20 EUR per hour

Contract:

12-month initial contract (Highly likely to be extended, but no guarantees) - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.

Hours of work:

37.5 hours per week

The Role:

We seek a dynamic Educational Content & Marketing Manager with a strong educational background to position Twinkl as the leading resource provider in Italy. The role involves leading country-specific strategies, product development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Educational Leadership and Market Understanding: Understand the education landscape, build relationships with educators, and conduct market research.
2. Product Development: Lead resource development, motivate teams, and identify new opportunities for growth.
3. Marketing and Brand Awareness: Develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and build local partnerships.
4. Business Growth and Performance: Meet revenue and customer acquisition targets, analyze market trends, and report on progress.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of the Italian education market and experience in teaching in a public state school.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making skills, and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership, organization, and social media marketing skills.
