Job Description:

The Education Coordinator will be responsible for programmatic coordination within the BTTF team, ensuring the implementation and harmonization of educational activities in compliance with MEHE SOP for CB-ECE, BLN, and retention in centers and schools. The role involves working closely with the Project Manager, field teams, and technical specialists to coordinate activities, monitor quality, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Key responsibilities include planning, monitoring, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and resource management, all aligned with organizational policies and project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• University Degree in Education, Social Studies, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• At least three years of experience, preferably with NGOs
• Language proficiency in Arabic (native), English (excellent), and French (proficient)
