Editorial Content Manager

Your Mission

Within the Brand Communication Department, you will lead the creation of a 360° global editorial content strategy across consumer-facing touchpoints, both online and offline. Your focus will be on aligning with brand strategy, channel needs, and KPIs.

With a strong emphasis on storytelling, quality, and consistency, you will manage the entire editorial content production process through collaboration with internal teams (Communication, Marketing, Media, Brand Creation, Visual Merchandising, Digital, CRM) and external vendors.

How will you make an impact

  1. Work with the Brand Communication Director to define the Maison's brand editorial identity.
  2. Develop, implement, and manage the overall editorial content strategy aligned with brand positioning and communication goals.
  3. Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including social media, advertising, websites, newsletters, and in-store communication to enhance brand storytelling.
  4. Ensure consistency in the brand’s verbal identity across all assets and channels.
  5. Collaborate with external copywriters to maintain on-brand tone of voice in outsourced projects.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors; use insights to inform strategies.
  7. Design optimal customer journeys across communication touchpoints.
  8. Maintain editorial brand integrity and voice as a gatekeeper.
  9. Develop messages and creative assets tailored for different platforms and layouts.
  10. Contribute to marketing briefs by outlining content needs for cross-channel strategies.
