The Bibliotheca Hertziana - Max Planck Institute for Art History in Rome seeks an Editorial Assistant (Publications/Public Relations) for a full-time role to support editorial management of manuscripts, image licensing, and digital communications.

The team handles scholarly publishing and science communication, coordinating with authors, editors, and publishers, and maintaining the institute’s online presence. The position is initially one year with potential for permanence.

• University degree in the humanities.
• Italian, German, and English language skills.

Mansioni
