Carlo Gavazzi Automation is seeking an Electronic Firmware Developer in Milano to design embedded software for sensors. You will contribute to AI/ML-based sensing solutions and collaborate with a global team across the product lifecycle.

You should have at least 3 years of firmware experience, strong C skills, and interest in bridging software with hardware. English and Italian fluency are expected within an international environment.

Competenze

• Three+ years of firmware design experience.
• Strong C programming skills for 32-bit ARM.
• Experience with structured software architecture.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (IO-Link, ZigBee, MODBUS).
• Interest in AI/ML for embedded systems.

Mansioni

• Design structured embedded software for sensors in C for 32‑bit ARM.
• Develop and optimize intelligent sensing algorithms including AI/ML for embedded platforms.
• Contribute to software architecture and expand our software toolchain.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on system design and optimization.
