Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking an Edge AI Engineer to design and evolve software layers powering Linux-based embedded platforms.

You will develop containerized AI model runners and Python libraries to simplify AI inference for the Arduino community, while optimizing deployment pipelines for constrained hardware. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• PhD in Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Mansioni

• Design and develop containerized AI model runners and execution environments for Linux embedded platforms.
• Build Python-based libraries and frameworks to simplify AI inference integration for Arduino community.
• Optimize ML deployment pipelines for efficient resource use on constrained hardware.
• Collaborate with Software Architects to define solutions using modern software technologies.
• Ensure consistency, efficiency and high quality to the Arduino codebase with automated tests and code reviews.
