Join Bolton For Education Foundation as an Administrative & Organizational Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative & Organizational Assistant to join Bolton For Education Foundation based in Milan.

How you make the difference:

The successful candidate will support routine accounting tasks, assist in organizational activities, coordinate appointments and meetings, and contribute to overall office management.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting routine accounting, including preparing documentation for social and financial statement closing in collaboration with external accountants.
  • Managing administrative activities and assisting in preparing administrative reports.
  • Handling basic payment operations, monitoring deadlines and outstanding payments, and initiating payment processes.
  • Maintaining relations with non-core suppliers and service providers, including requesting and analyzing quotations and contracts.
  • Providing organizational support to the team, such as office management, travel arrangements, logistics, updating mailing lists, and organizing meetings and events.

Team structure:

You will report directly to the Head of Operations at Bolton for Education Foundation.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in structured national or international environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory; basic knowledge of business management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Italian and good knowledge of English.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, foreign languages, or related fields is preferred.
