A leading company in air treatment is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Central & Western Europe. This remote role requires strong customer relationship skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering or business, extensive sales experience, and proficiency in English and another European language.

Competenze

Job Description: Technical Sales Engineer, Central & Western Europe, Trento

Midea Group, a Fortune 500 company and the world's leading air treatment brand by production volume, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team. This role is remote, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stay updated with new product launches and transitions to support sales engagement programs, including product and service-related support.
  2. Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and build strong customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with various departments within the customer's organization such as engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.
  4. Provide product information, conduct presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
  5. Document market and customer insights and communicate findings to the organization.
  6. Assist marketing efforts by monitoring market trends, government regulations, and gathering customer feedback.
  7. Support team members in achieving KPIs and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  3. Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  5. Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
