Job Description:

Grafton Horeca, a dedicated team specializing in hospitality, catering, and restaurant sectors, is seeking a Night Manager (Vitto e Alloggio) for an ultra-luxury structure in Perugia.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all night-time activities of the Front Office;
• Managing night-time Back Office operations related to Reception, including cash closing and data submission, and preparing reports for the administrative department;
• Addressing client requests and needs;
• Maintaining constant communication with other departments, especially Maintenance and Room Service.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as Night Manager;
• Accuracy and reliability;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on 8-hour night shifts, 5 days a week.

Contract Details:

• Permanent contract with the company until January 2026;
• Reference: CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi;
• Salary and benefits: RAL based on experience, including room and board in the facility.

Location: Perugia.
