The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and service departments in China. If you have a strong understanding of our products, a proven track record of generating new business, maintaining accounts, or are motivated with a flair for creativity and passion, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Position Summary

Working with the EU market team, this role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading sales activities in designated industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, touring, festivals, public events, broadcasting rentals, virtual applications, primarily related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities, generating leads, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel regularly to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals to promote Absen, and coordinate with distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  7. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
  8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights.
  9. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry situation reports.
  10. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.
  4. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education / Experience
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management in the industrial product sector, preferably in AV.
  3. Over 3 years of project experience related to this role, including sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.
Specialized Knowledge / Skills
  1. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Excellent client orientation, problem-solving, and product delivery skills.
  3. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
Language Skills

Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Note: The role requires being based in Italy, focusing on the local market.
