Job Opportunity: Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Manage full payroll processes for a portfolio of clients: payroll slip processing, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Provide direct assistance to assigned companies;
3. Collaborate with the product team to continuously improve HR software;
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in independently managing clients;
6. Good knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) for Commerce and Metalworking;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;
9. Gross annual salary (RAL) ranges between €24,000 and €27,000, to be adjusted based on experience;
