Job Summary:

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social channels marketing campaigns that amplify AliExpress’ brand value proposition in Italy. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, aimed at building brand awareness and trust through social media.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement social media/influencer strategies aligned with our brand positioning and marketing goals.
  2. Create original content and schedule posts to enhance account visibility and engagement.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance data to optimize content and strategies continuously.
  4. Source and develop influencer networks, working closely and innovatively with influencers to support brand and business growth.
  5. Collaborate with advertising agencies and vendors to manage and improve social media advertising campaigns.
  6. Manage online communities effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media planning and account management.
  • Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing, and platform mechanisms on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to adjust strategies based on insights.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Agency experience is also valued.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
