Mission: Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers to ensure guest satisfaction and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.

What will you be doing?

  • Follow the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
  • Make guests feel comfortable and enhance their experience.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
  • Guarantee the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.
