Your role:

The site OE will oversee site performance, promote transparency, and communicate issues or risks proactively. They will support solution identification, drive strategic initiatives aligned with global strategy, and ensure these are formalized in a site roadmap. The role includes ensuring completion within timelines, budgets, and targets. The site OE will foster a Continuous Improvement mindset, standardization, and lean tools implementation through the Global Production and Supply System. They will model leadership behaviors by coaching the organization, including the site director and management, reinforcing performance dialogues, feedback, and lean culture. They will provide training to develop change agents and lead the transformation towards a leaner, more efficient operating model.

Who you are:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
  • Root cause analysis skills
  • Statistical knowledge
  • Experience in LEAN manufacturing focused on reducing WIPs, bottlenecks, and increasing yields/OEE/Productivity
