We are currently seeking a Project Director to join our EPC team within the Renewable Division.

Your role will include:

1. Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
2. Managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
3. Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensuring adherence to these plans.
4. Overseeing procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
5. Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies for potential project risks.
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions.
9. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Qualifications and skills you bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering; MSc is an advantage.
2. Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
3. Proven experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a strong understanding of the EPC process.
4. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.
6. Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
