Role Overview: We seek a Community & Event Management Part-Time team member to activate local ecosystems, organize events, and connect with changemakers, fostering collaborations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activate and grow communities aligned with sustainability and innovation
• Organize online and in-person events
• Engage with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators
• Create content to share our mission

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Onboarding into community dynamics and event strategy
• Planning and executing community events
• Collaborating with speakers, sponsors, and partners
• Facilitating conversations and exchanges
• Producing content to showcase community voices
• Reporting on impact and engagement
• Gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Who You Are:

• A natural connector passionate about people and purpose
• Experience or motivation in community building, events, or content creation
• Deep care for sustainability and collaboration
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Organized, resourceful, familiar with Zoom, Canva, Slack, social media
• Curious, adaptable, eager to learn
• Proactive and solution-oriented
